Who runs SERPish

SERPish is a website and set of SEO tools owned and operated by Emily M. Yetzer, a sole proprietor based in New York. In these terms, “SERPish” means Emily M. Yetzer. By using the tools or buying credits, you are agreeing to these terms with her. Payments for credit packs are processed by Stripe and made to Emily M. Yetzer, and charges appear on your card statement as EMILY M YETZER.

Using the tools

Use the tools for your own work or your clients’ work. Do not use them to break the law, to attack the service, or to resell access to it. Automated or scripted use is not allowed. Some tools are rate limited, and access may be withdrawn from anyone working around those limits.

Credits

Without an account, you can try the homepage tool 5 times. That allowance is one-time and does not renew.

A free account, which needs only an email address, gets 10 credits a month. Monthly credits reset each month and do not roll over. A free account also gets its first AI search visibility check each month without spending credits. The AI search visibility checker is limited to 20 runs a month per account.

Tools cost different numbers of credits per run, and each tool page shows its cost. A credit is only spent on a successful run. If a run fails, its credits are returned to your account automatically.

Credit packs

Credit packs add credits to a free account. They are a one-time payment, not a subscription.

  • 100 credits for $5

  • 250 credits for $10

Purchased credits last 12 months from the date of purchase. They are used only after your monthly credits for that month are spent. Expired credits are removed from your balance. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

Prices are in US dollars. Prices for future purchases may change, but a change never affects credits you have already bought.

Pro is planned and is not available to buy. When Pro launches, unused purchased credits carry over to it.

Refunds

All credit pack purchases are final. Refunds are not given for unused or expired credits, or because a tool’s output did not meet your expectations.

There are two exceptions:

  • Failed runs. Credits spent on a run that fails are returned to your account automatically. If the Reddit query finder finds fewer than three threads, half of that run’s credits are returned.

  • Duplicate or mistaken charges. If you are charged twice or charged by mistake, email support@serpish.com within 30 days of the charge and it will be refunded. Credits from a refunded purchase are removed from your account.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you paste in and to what the tools give back. SERPish claims no ownership of either and no licence to reuse them beyond running the tool for you at the moment you ask. You are responsible for having the right to submit whatever you submit.

Availability

The tools are provided as they are, with no uptime guarantee. Tools are added, changed and sometimes retired. If a tool is being retired, notice will go out in the changelog and the newsletter at least thirty days before it happens. Purchased credits can be used on any live tool, so retiring one tool does not reduce your balance.

Liability

Tool output is advisory and is generated by AI models, which get things wrong. Check anything before you publish it or act on it. To the fullest extent the law allows, Emily M. Yetzer, as the operator of SERPish, is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the tools, and any direct liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York. If something goes wrong, email emily@serpish.com first, because most problems are settled faster that way than through a court.
